Morris M-20 Classical Guitar – Made in Japan – Vintage MIJ Nylon – w/ Hard Case - Fair
This is a vintage Morris M-20 classical guitar, made in Japan. Morris-built classicals from this era are known for solid construction and a clear, traditional nylon-string tone, and this one is no exception, though it is very much a player-grade instrument.
The guitar has a warm, balanced voice with good projection and a familiar classical feel. Cosmetically, it shows normal wear for its age but nothing out of line for a working instrument.
That said, there are a few important things to note so expectations are clear.
Condition Notes (please read)
The neck has a noticeable down bow, which does make the guitar more difficult to play than a straight-neck example.
Action measures approximately 3.5mm on both the bass and treble E strings at the 12th fret. This is playable, but on the higher side.
The guitar is stable and intact, but the neck condition is the primary factor affecting playability.
Included hard case is rough: only one latch remains functional, and the others have broken off. The case is usable for storage or transport with care, but should be considered a bonus rather than a strong value add.
Because of the neck bow, this guitar is best suited for someone comfortable with vintage instruments, a project-minded buyer, or a player who understands its limitations.
