Kazuo Yairi H-6 Classical Guitar MIJ 1993 – Solid Wood, Handcrafted w/ Case

$749.00

1993 Kazuo Yairi H-6 classical guitar, made in Japan and hand-crafted during the era when Yairi instruments were at their peak in terms of consistency and build quality.

This is a great example of a higher-quality MIJ classical—lightweight, resonant, and very responsive. It has that warm, balanced tone Yairi is known for, with clear trebles and a full, rounded low end. It’s the kind of guitar that feels alive in your hands and responds well to both light touch and more dynamic playing.

Just cleaned, restrung!

Condition is very good for its age. The top shows some light cosmetic wear and small dings consistent with normal use over time (see photos), but nothing structural. The back and sides present nicely with a rich grain and gloss finish. Overall, it’s a well-cared-for instrument that has opened up nicely with age.

Frets show minimal wear and have plenty of life left.

These Kazuo Yairi guitars have a strong reputation for craftsmanship and tone, and clean, older examples like this continue to gain appreciation—especially for players looking for a high-quality classical without stepping into significantly higher price brackets.
