Up for sale is a vintage Teruaki Nakade classical guitar from 1964, handmade in Tokyo, Japan. Teruaki Nakade was a respected Japanese luthier known for producing high-quality concert classical guitars, and instruments from this period are sought after for their craftsmanship and tone.
This guitar has just had professional repair and setup work completed by local luthier Charles Dick, making it a very solid and great playing vintage classical.
Recent Professional Work Completed:
The guitar now plays cleanly up and down the neck with good action and plenty of fret life.
Cosmetically, the guitar shows normal wear for its age including scratches, dings, and finish wear, but overall presents very well for a 1960s handmade instrument.
